Recigar 100 Tablets for smoking cigarettes

Description

Recigar is a drug used to treat nicotine addiction. Recigar helps reduce nicotine cravings and ultimately helps you permanently stop using nicotine products. The treatment duration is usually 25 days, i.e. one package is enough for full therapy.

Composition

The active substance of the drug is cytisine.

Each tablet contains 1.5 mg of cytisine.

Excipients: tablet core: Hypromellose, mannitol, corn starch, magnesium aluminum silicate, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate; coating composition: AquaPolish P green Project 16712 [hypromellose (E464), microcrystalline cellulose (E460), talc (E553b), glycerol, titanium dioxide (E171), quinoline yellow lake (E104), indigo carmine lake (blue 2) (E132)] , menthol flavor powder (SC552873), aspartame (E951)].

Dosage

The medicine is taken orally with an appropriate amount of water.

Dosage: according to the scheme below, the duration of treatment is 25 days. The next days of treatment are marked on the blister.

A smoker should stop smoking completely no later than the 5th day after starting treatment.

A person who has given up smoking cannot, under any circumstances, afford to smoke even one cigarette. The durability of the treatment result depends on this.

If the result of therapy is unsatisfactory, treatment should be discontinued and treatment restarted after 2 to 3 months.

Action

Recigar contains cytisine. Cytisine is an alkaloid that acts on nicotinic receptors. Cytisine competes with nicotine for the same receptors, binds more strongly, and gradually displaces nicotine from them. This allows you to gradually reduce the body's dependence on nicotine and wean yourself from smoking without abstinence symptoms.
